this was a very hard to find gift for my granddaughter thank God Walmart had it had to wait twice but I got it because it was out of stock popular item she said she was so very very happy she seven wonderful gift made her Christmas thank you very much Walmart

A toy that delights!

I didn't open the product as it is a gift for someone; however, the buying online was so fast and easy and the product was delivered safe and sound within a day  or two.  Oh also, I got the best price for the product by shopping through Walmart - I think a $7 savings than other stores.

alot of fun to play with. it is reusable so the kids loved putting the plush back inside and doing the mist over and over. could not get the night light function to stay on all night though. loved it anyways

Great buy when on sale

My 4yr old loved it!  The whole experience of creating your Magic Mixie is awesome.. very magical!  The only downfall was the batteries in the magic mixie died after only 1 day. They were easy to replace but it was annoying that it had to be done so soon. When you're paying this much I would expect for the batteries to last longer.

Great experience, but batteries died 1 day later

this is adorable. it's kind of like a scaled-back version of the larger more expensive magic mixie cauldron.  with this item, you get the magic mixie fog and the fun of a magical friend appearing in the crystal ball. what's really great is the interactivity. lots of sounds and responses with this toy. we got several of them and they all seemed to work about the same, though not each was perfect. nevertheless, it's still fun!

mistic-al fun!

The kids loved opening the mixie and interacting with the crystal ball but that was about it. Neither mixie toy actually worked but luckily they were able to complete the cauldron reopening a few times before the most was completely gone

Ok Purchase

Very disappointed in this toy. After waving the wand in all the directions, watching all the tutorial videos and changing all the batteries this toy did not work. There was no smoke and the the critter in the middle never rose up. We eventually had to take it apart to get the critter out. Super sad kid on Christmas Day with this failure of a toy.

Waste of money!

Did not work on Christmas morning. Made sure to follow the instructions but nothing happened. It was handled safely because I read other reviews that said the mist didn't work and thought maybe it wasn't handled properly. Come Christmas morning after trying several times, we noticed the crystal ball had leakage on the inside. Very disappointed. Especially because I took all the precautions and the price of this item isn't cheap. I'll be asking for a refund.

Doesn't work. Ruined daughter's Christmas.

The Magic Mixies Crystal Ball your didn't work at all of of the box. Tried replacing batteries but nothing. There was an oily coating inside the crystal ball that I can only some was the mist material that leaked out.
It's going back to the store.

The saddest part about it was that this was a gift from Santa so that just makes it worse.
