This is such a cool, high quality, adorable toy.
It worked 100% and the instructions are clear and easy to follow.

There are 7 steps of fun magic with wand tapping and mystical sounds.
Even when I knew what would happen, the reveal “pop” still surprised me.

I pretended the cauldron was dropped off on my porch, with no note or shipping label, to start off the mystery.

This is a super cute idea and it worked, but not the way it was supposed to. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. We were having fun doing the spell and adding the ingredients, but something apparently malfunctioned and it misted and revealed the plush WAY before it was supposed to. She didn't get to do about half of the spell. The whole point is to get to do the magic, so it really sucked and took the “magic” out of it when she couldn't even do half of the steps. Cute idea and we had fun for what we got to do, just wish she could have enjoyed it in full.

Cute but flawed

Over priced, it comes with one set of spells that are ALL quickly used for one demo. They give you such a tiny amount of mist that last for about 10 demo's. You will have to continue buying refills (of at least the mist) to keep kids entertained. They became bored after about 3 hours. The refill kit only comes with tiny bottle of mist, kind of a rip off.

Not worth the money.

The process is fun and the mist is entertaining. The wrappers for the potions were hard to undo and it seemed like the cauldron was moving to the next step without us. Once it's over you get a small flat toy that doesn't do much of anything but make noise. Fun while you're in the process but it's over fast. Not worth so much money.

Fun for the moment

You have to charge before you can use. It took a few hours to be ready. I thought that was annoying. Other than that the toy was a success. My niece was extremely excited to get it!

The first time experience is amazing, but then all you have is a little Mixie that you can't really understand. Great to get as a gift since you wouldn't really want to spend that much on a one time gift yourself.

I purchased two of these for my granddaughters.  We read through all the instructions and had everything read so they could begin them at the same time.  The timing was inline with each other.  The problem is that the girls only got to do 4 steps before they got behind, but the toy just kept going until it started misting and hatched.  There needs to be a button or something that the child can press when they finish each step so that the toy can continue.   We were really disappointed, especially for the price of these things.

Don't buy it.

Never turned on. Charged the battery and nothing ever happened. Opened up the bottom and there was water inside like it had already been used. Was a Christmas present for my daughter, very disappointed

Did not work on the first try! When the inner tray is suppose to flip to reveal the magic mixie toy, it got stuck half way and it poured some of the liquid onto the toy. Waste of money.

This toy comes in a unmarked cardboard box. No indication of what is inside. If you wanna gift this a person might think it's a fake item. Horrible, and no way to refund unless you take to a store which is two hours away from me.
