[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started opening the packs and noticed a small cut on the top and a small cut on the bottom?? Every pack had this?? We had multiples of the same rare's and 3 sometime 4 colors in a row??
I believe these packs were all opened and resealed!! BEWARE!!
