Ease Of Use

After receiving the Magnasonic All-In-One 22MP Film Scanner, I was apprehensive with the Size and the Slide Mechanisms of wether I'd get the quality I wanted and the ease of use for my Negatives. The oldest were from the 80's on forward, and not all still had been developed from then. The options of developing negatives for 35mm, 110 and Projected Slides was surprising, changing the slides was flawless and the picture was instantaneous. When I scanned the first few negatives it was really emotional to bring up those memories I hadn't seen in so long. The clarity was phenomenal and using the USB/HDMI cord to show up on my TV to enlarge the viewing was like my memories were life sized. Now I have Digital copies that will last longer and can be sent via E-Mail/Media to Friends and Family to enjoy those memories again. As for the Size, it's so compact that I can take it with me to assist others with their photo memories.

Nice Little Piece of Kit!

This is vastly superior to the slide scanner I used before.  It does better scans as far as focus and is much easier to use than having to load slides into a holder that then has to be emptied out to put in the next group. Just slide it through and then put it back in the tray where it came from. The adjustments are not perfect but they help make bad slides look better. I have found that it does not play well with high contrast night shots but even though the screen flickers as it tries to read the lighting, the scans come out looking fine. I am not doing film, only slides but I have already done over 1000 and am pleased.

I have several hundred slide and negatives to scan and this seems to work great. Easy to use  a very decent output. Using on Kodachrome from the 80's and my great grandpas slide film and so far it's great. When sent to a computer it is not a true 24mb picture but for the money it's great. If I wanted to blow up for prints it would be questionable but for having digital copies of slides it's more than adequate.

Good output

This unit can make a 70 year old slide look new. Dropped the unit on the floor and it kept on working great. Top shelf scanner

This digital scanner worked great, I scanned hundreds of 35mm slides and the digital prints are high quality.  Better than I expected

A good product

This machine is just the greatest little item ever.  I am so happy with it. Easy to use, allows you to brighten slides or darken them.  Just a great little piece of equipment.

I am 77 yrs old, decent knowledge of electronics. Printed instructions are very confusing. I went online and watched the video tutorial which was very concise and helpful, explained every feature. Product is as advertised. I am downloading negatives over 60 yrs old and I am impressed with the quality and ability to edit the tone and colors. Sent pics to family and friends. They call me through tears, grateful that I was able to send them a frozen moment in time.

Convenience and Versatility

does not capture entire film. get most but the edges are always cut off. yes I am using correct settings and inserts. kinda wish it had a zoom in our to get all of the pic

Fast scans and easy to operate with multiple film types 35mm, 110...and adapters. Images cannot be edited on the scanner. No separate power port only USB and HDMI.

I tried several SD cards with different formatting but the unit would not save into an SD card. You can save pictures to the internal memory but it is very small.
