Really love this product as a gentle way to get my magnesium after exercise. Really helps with sore muscles after workout and general health of my skin...and as I have sensitive skin it is the mildest way to get my fix! Some of the other products like the sleep oils are too strong for me! I even give my 5yr old a bath with one scoop - to help relax her - every night and she likes it ! Even better no sensitive skin reactions for her either - yay!

value for money amazing. I also use this product as a foot soak on my walking holidays as i dont have a bath in my cottage just a shower. about 4 tablespoons in warm water and soak feet for 20 mins. lovely soft and comfortable feet. no more puffy ankles either!! brilliant product.

Love the magnesium flakes.  We use them in the bath after a hard day, with muscle aches and you definitely feel the benefit.   Also they are very good if you have trouble sleeping.   Would recommend a bath 3 times a week for maximum benefit.  Leaves your skin feeling nice and soft too.  We have tried other brands, but believe these are far better.

I think that magnesium flakes are a great way to take a magnesium supplement. I bought the flakes for a family member, and he has had a positive experience with the product.

I suffer from ulcerative colitis and this leads to joint problems.  A Magnesium flakes bath every day helps me from having to take anti inflammatory drugs and strong painkillers, Also the spray is a great help too.

I always feel better after a bath with Magnesium Flakes, especially after sport or if I haven't slept well for a couple of nights, the magnesium seems to calm and soothe the body and mind.

I've used this product for a long time. I cannot attest to any of the medicinal properties but I enjoy using it and I feel like it does make a difference to me.  Lovely to discover the larger weight bag available.

Didn't notice any benefit related to bathing in this product.
