This really works. I have been out for long cycles and I'm normally very stiff the next day. This bath soak has helped tremendously. The next day I'm ready to get back out there!! Highly recommend this.

I enjoy a good soak in the bath  after a good run , is difficult to  say how much they work  , but they are certainly pleasant

Early days with this and also not playing tennis so my body is not particularly needing extra magnesium.
