I love an electric skillet and wanted my son to have one who is just starting out. When I found this product, at first I replaced mine. It cooked my homemade pancakes perfect! The burners just went out on my stove, and this hidden jem has saved me!! I love this little skillet so much. It even boils water for pasta. It buys me some time before I buy my new stove. Even when I get my new stove, this little skillet will always have a special place in my kitchen!

Hidden Gem!!

Bought for the son for camping trips. works really well and is a bonus for making breakfast and fried potatoes when away from home. We used it a lot and it is very well made and cooks evenly and got the job done. I definitely recommend it to anyone even for home it is a nice addition to any kitchen.

Electric Skillet.

I live in a tiny place, with no actual electric or gas stove this has helped me cook my meals with no problems and it doesn't take a lot of space and it's very cheap and it's good quality

Perfect

We currently do not have a kitchen. This skillet has been a life saver. I only use non metal cooking utensils and hand wash it. It heats evenly and is just perfect for our needs. We have owned it for about two months and use it everyday. It still looks like new.

Excellent electric skillet

Most of our meals are for just the two of us now as empty nesters. Although we have a large electric skillet, we wanted something smaller, and this skillet has proven to work out well. We've had it for a month now, and I'm glad we bought it. It heats up quickly, and cooks evenly with the meals we've prepared using it. I'd recommend if this size was what would also work for you.

New Addition to our Kitchen Appliances

My landlord (my dad) makes me cook my hamburgers outside (I eat them almost everyday).  I used to use a contact grille but it was a mess and my landlod freaked out that I dripped grease on the ground when using it.  This skillet cooks them perfectly without the mess.  I can easilyy pour out the grease.  It cooks them fast.  The price is amazing.  Thank you Walmart.

Great price, easy to use, great value.

This skillet works great in my outdoor kitchen. I don't like cooking inside my home because I love to use oil. This just plugs in and it's so easy to clean because it's non stick. The frying uses very little oil and cooks food very well. The cord is long enough that I don't need an extension cord.

Easy to use

It works as advertised. It has a very short cord. I'd advise if you DO NOT have children that you get a proper strength power extender cord to make it easier to maneuver on your countertop. You can get a “power cord holder” to keep the added length away from the heated pan when it is turned on. The rules for use safely are well explained. Turn the nob to “off “ on the power and then plug it into pan after that while still in off position you may plug power cord in. Then you may turn on the pan. It heats up fast so be careful not to accidentally touch it. It cooks easily without adding oil or butter as long as you use wood or rubber utensils that protect the non-stick surface. It was definitely worth its cost with its clear lid and steam vent.

have used this regularly since I receved it a few months ago. Today, plugged it in and   the adapter caught fire where it plugs into the skillet. We smelled smoke and immediately unplugged it, turned it over and could see the black marks where the fire occurred. We live full time on an RV so this couldd have been disastrous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
