Pretty!

So cute! This butter dish is the cutest I've been able to find! The neutral colors and the speckle are all stylish and sweet. It is also the least  ceramic butter dish I could find. A win win.

Cute and inexpensive

Really nice and sturdy butter dish. I wanted something more substantial and different than the glass and white ceramic ones out there. Note that this holds about three sticks or 75% of a full pound of butter and not the whole pound. Had to mold the pound to get it to fit since I don't buy individually wrapped sticks.

Good and sturdy, doesn't hold the whole pound

The dish is plenty big for a stick of butter, the only thing I don't like is that it is rough on the bottom and seems like it might scratch the counter

Feels cheap, dark section is unfinished so very rough. It's also much larger than 1 stick of butter, but not large enough for 2.

I thought the butter dish was very well made. What I did not like about it, was the rough surface about halfway down the lid. As well as color change, which that was OK.

I looked at this bitter dish in the store and there were at least 3 of them on the shelf that was also broke. 
I bought a different one.
