This box fan works wonders on these wonderful hot days Ontario has been experiencing this summer. During the day we close up windows and blinds to try and keep out most of the heat. This fan moves lots of air around keeping it feel cooler. At night when the air is cooler we place it in the window and it draws in that fresh cool air and cools down the house. So far it's been worth every penny!!

Box fan

Seen others are triple the price, quite powerfull fan. Will not blast uou off your chair but still can move a lot of air. I use it in my veranda to move air and get more fresh air inside.

Beat price

Powerful, stable, and noisy; but I did purchase these for the purpose of providing white noise in addition to wind in an environment that is not climate controlled. Love the fact that the control is in the front, and the fans remain stable even when bumped into (the legs appear to give the unit a slight tilt forward to combat tipping; in spite of this I removed the rubber pads from the front of the legs for a greater angle).

Great Value

Very pleased with this fan. It has three powerful speeds to move the air around as needed. Very portable.

It works well. This is my 3rd fan like this that I have purchased from you over the years

This blows

I got this rather giant fan for the purpose of modifying it to an air purifier. The price was the lowest that I could find around me. The following points are my honest thoughts on the product. 
1. The fan is made with plastic entirely 
2. The noise level is really high though it is like wind whooshing sound
3. The amount of generated wind is very disappointing considering the high level of noise. The blades are too narrow to generate high blow

I would have rated it lower as a fan. I opened the back panel and added a layer of air filter, activated charcoal foam and insect net. Used tie wraps to fix all the layers to stay put. We have been using it for weeks now. The noise isn't ignorable even at the lowest setting so we turn it on while we are not in the same space. It does work as an air purifier as all box fans should.

Too loud noise for small amount of wind

Light. Not as powerful as other fans I purchased through Wal-Mart.  Because of my previous purchase of inexpensive powerful fans, I had high expectations. In light of that this is just okay. I would recommend for a small space

Light and practical but lacking in power

Fan is ok… construction style good but air flow is not very high as in revolutions per minute and you don't find that out til you open the box. Was using them to keep skitters away… definitely not strong enough for that

Ok for moderated air movement

First i thought only the bottom was cracked and damaged now i noticed right under the dial to turn on the fan is cracked so lets see how long it will last
