These are perfect for when you can't leave marks on your windows (i.e. renters).  Meant for lightweight curtains.  They must sit inside the window frame or molding.

Easy to adjust and install

Good product.  I have bought several of them and they all work fine.  At 7/16" diameter, they fit through the eyelets of my curtains without needing rings between the curtains and the tension rods.
