Ease Of Installation

Value For Money

Requires minimal effort and is easy to complete.

Exactly what I was looking for, well built, and easy to figure out how to install. I was able to put my doorway curtain up in an instant and it feels very sturdy.

Durable and easy to use

Perfect for my window to hang a sheer drape.

Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tension rod! Extremely easy to use, you twist it to size, push in the sides against the tension, put in place and release it! I plan to add a nicer curtain but it is covering an 'ugly' spot on my shelf where I put random items. Great value and I plan to buy a few more to use.

Great Tension Rod!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tension rod is extremely easy to install and perfect for situations where you would like curtains but don't want to make any holes in your wall. Great for apartments. I am using mine in my office window at work and it added just the right amount of coziness.

Love for apartments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this tension rod, it's sturdy and the design makes the feet low profile and easily hidden in the fabric of the curtain. It fits my standard sized door frame and gives me the ability to put a curtain on a messy area I want covered very easily. Just a couple twists and it was locked into place.

Simple, non damaging way to create a unique space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super impressed!!! I wasn't sure how durable this rod would be due to the small diameter. I was worried it wouldn't hold up my shower curtain; since the last one was so heavy duty. This is holding up and looks SO much nicer than my previous bulky, ugly one! Great value for your money!

Sturdy and decorative! I call that a win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can go wrong with a tension rod. Installation was super easy and this has to be on of the most durable tension rods that I've worked with. Easy to adjust and looks nice compared to other “cheap” looking options.

Love it!

Works well. Did the job I needed them to do.

Did the job

About what I expected. Rod is sturdy and strong.

Tension Rod

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mainstays 28-48” Sanford Tension Rod in black is a great solution for lightweight curtains and temporary setups. It's super easy to install—no tools required—making it perfect for renters or quick fixes. The adjustable length ensures a snug fit without slipping, and the black finish adds a sleek touch to any space. Sturdy and durable too!

While it's not designed for heavy drapes, it holds up well for sheers and lighter curtains. If you need a budget-friendly, no-drill curtain rod that stays in place, this one gets the job done efficiently!

Sturdy, Adjustable, and Easy to Install

Mainstays 28"-48" Tension Rod, 1/2 in. Diameter adjustable spring tension curtain rod in matte black for 28–48 in. openings, metal 1/2" diameter pole with braided decorative end caps and non-slip rubber tips; tool-free, no-drill installation inside window casings, ideal for lightweight curtains and sheers and often used to hang lightweight room dividers.
