Great Vale %26 Quality

I do like this toaster oven and it is  perfect for me and fits nicely on my counter.   Heats up quickly and cooked everything very well.  The only drawback is that you have to take out the rack in order to use the baking packing pan.  My previous toaster oven you could leave the rack in and just set your packing pan on top.  Not a big issue but noticed the difference. ¹

Small but mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Pros: Great price for what I needed - a basic toaster oven to heat small portions of food rather than using my full oven. Compact size - takes up minimal space on the countertop. Cons: The function of turning it on/off. Timer dial does not have a setting less than 20 minutes. To turn off the unit requires one to force the timer dial back to zero. I use the word ""force"" because it feels like there is significant resistance when turning the timer dial backwards to zero."

I bought this toaster to use when I don't want to use my air fryer. I was hoping for a quick alternative when I want to toast one or two things. 
This toaster requires you to keep a constant eye on your food or it will burn. This toaster doesn't toast evenly and it sometimes smokes which is bothersome. 
Light toast is not lightly toasted. Medium is burnt.  
I like the size and convenience of having a toaster oven for smaller portions.
This toaster oven gets too hot, too fast.

Too hot to handle

Worked great for baking. i just tried the toast function for the fiorst time, which turns on the top element. Put bread in, set the timer, within 30 seconds it started to billow smoke, had a pungent burning plastic smell, and the the guard around  the element BURST INTO FLAME!!

THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE BANNED!!

Not bad otherwise but it does not even have a temperature adjustment for baking, you just bake, not at 350 degrees, not at 400 degrees, etc. Not sure how they could leave this off. Should have returned it but I had used it and discolored one of the trays. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Doesn't really bake, do not buy.

I wish, I wish, I wish I hadn't thrown out my tried and true, lasted forever (near decade) original "black" black and decker toaster oven, which was in perfect working condition, or the box to this truly piece of junk. It works well enough, but the outside, all 4 sides back and top heat up so badly, and remain hot/warm for a very long time after being turned off and unplugged.  Absolute nightmare, and dangerous!

Buyer Beware

It's too small. I was hoping to use the pans from the previous model but no, they don't fit. There is no way to adjust the heat, it's on high permanently which makes no  sense. It's insane how It chars the food and sets off the smoke alarm. I even had my mini pizza on a greased and floured pan catch fire. Do not leave it unattended!!! I think it's dangerous. Spend a few extra bucks and get something better than this train wreck of an appliance.

Insane Overheating Poor Temperature Control

this is NOT the toaster oven I ordered.  The one I ordered had a 'crumb tray' that was removable.  This is the same one I bought a few months ago and just  threw out.  Unfortunately, my husband tore open the packaging so it cannot be returned.  I WOULD LIKE THE OVEN I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT, PLEASE!!!!!!
