I like all but one thing about this small metal fan- the single speed.
It is not used to "cool-off".   My 3rd floor Apt has no balcony.
The fan is an indoor breeze so my vintage glass wind chime tinkles.
I wanted to use the photo I took with the fan circled in yellow but it won't let me,  SO I hope you can see it.

Great little fairly cheap all metal fan  that can be used as normal or hung in a variety of angles. Great for your car if your ac is broken and it's not worth fixing all need is a cigarette adapter/charger and the windows down and this little gem pointed at you. Low voltage so your not using a lot of electricity. Cost effective!

MY OFFICE/WORK SPACE IS TINY AND STUFFY SOMETIMES, AND I NEEDED SOMETHING AFFORDABLE, THAT WON'T TAKE UP MUCH ROOM. IT IS PERFECT, AND LESS THAN $6!  IT'S NOT LOUD, NOT TOO STRONG, AND WON'T BLOW ALL YOUR PAPERS OFF YOUR DESK. THE LONG CORD IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU TO WHOMEVER DESIGNED THIS ADORABLE FAN. (I GOT THE BLACK- LOVE IT).

PERFECTLY SIMPLE FAN FOR OFFICE/DESK/SMALL SPACES

I purchased two of these USB corded fans, knowing they're not rechargeable but to be used with a separate power source. I tested mine out on a car jump starter that I had already had. It was charged at 89% and I ran the fan for 20 minutes at it's one speed, where the car jump starter was reduced to 87%. Not bad. If my arithmetic is right, that's a little over 16 hours on a full charge on my car charger. As always, I would recommend purchasing several car chargers to be prepared for emergencies to charge your phones, run this fan, or any other USB powered or rechargeable items. Although, I have a generator, if electricity is only going to be out for an hour or two, this is probably the way to go. And, of course, it can simply be plugged into your existing electric outlet with a USB charger. No, it's not gonna freeze you out, but it certainly will be useful. I also wish Walmart would improve their website so I can save my review and come back to it later to complete. Also, to come back to edit after submitting it to give a better assessment of the product after prolonged use. Don't be scared Walmart. You're one of the big dogs on the porch.

Great USB Fan

It's true what they say “big things come in small packages”. I sit this on my nightstand for the evenings and by the time that midnight potty break rolls around, I have to shut it off because I'm SHIVERING. it only has two functions: OFF and ANTARCTICA! definitely worth it. bought a second one as a gift for a friend who gets hot quickly.

Perfect for hot sleepers!

I had been feeling extra nauseous and irritable  at work. I couldn't figure out why at first. It turned out I was feeling stuffy and hot. This little fan is small, but fits perfectly on my desk. It plugs into the computer so no extra cords to trip over. When I need to hide it or put it away, it fits perfectly in a drawer or filing cabinet. It gives what it needs to give. Circulating the air as well as a small cool breeze. I don't need to cool the whole area just at my desk. They have these in stock at the store. Orders at 9am-ish. Delivered before lunch. It was worth the price.  Super simple design.  Similar to the ones at the nail shop. You can adjust the direction of the fan to blow up or down.  Kind of quiet. One button off and on. UBS charger type cord. Doesn't plug directly to a wall. Unless you add a plug. It's a fan. Does what fans do. It's just small.

Small but mighty desk fan

The speed is not adjustable and it is pretty fast. However that is perfect for what I wanted it for. I have pet tarantulas and airflow through their tanks is very important to proper care. I ordered this fan to facilitate that and it is great. It doesn't take up much space and has great airflow. It is also incredibly quiet which is also important for my purpose.

I will tell you what this is the smallest fan I've ever bought and I don't know I think it was around five bucks. and I tell you why it's like having a box fan it stays at high speed and I love it I mean I bought another fan from Walmart that was complete garbage it was bigger than this but this thing's heavy duty steel blades and if you're hot and sit in front of it it feels so good it's just a wonderful fan for what I paid for

I am madly in love with this fan and its a seriously great deal!!
I need air blowing on me when I'm sleeping at night. I always am sleeping on the hot side and this little fan is just mighty enough and small enough that I can set it on my mattress next to my pillow and it blows cool air on me and it feels so good! 
it's only one speed but it's just the perfect amount of wind to cool me off and help me sleep comfortably. 
I can't believe what a great deal this fan is! and it just so happens that I have a night light with USB plugs in it so it's no big deal to plug it into the USB outlet and I'm set for a good night's sleep. 
I think everybody should own one of these. it's handy to plug into any USB device wherever you are and get some refreshing cool air when you need it.

This fan is complete and total junk.  I wasn't expecting a whole lot but in order to even feel anything you literally have to be 2 inches from it. One of those hand fans cools better.
