Its pretty great. It was easy to assemble (Just be sure to keep an eye on the bottom tray orientation) with two of us. You could do it yourself but it might be a bit of a challenge to lift the top half onto the base. 
The only thing I don't like about it is that the top cover lid has to be removed to let the smoke out. I think I'll build a little wire screen to prop the lid up and let the smoke out. Oh and the screen door is a bit clunky to open and close. But for the price I think it was a great value. 

We haven't had a chance to use it yet so can't comment on performance but so far I like it. lol its in the front room acting as a decor item for now and I almost just want to stick a plant in there and be done with it.
