These are REALLY nice plates for 12$ !!
I really needed a set of matching plates for dinner guests and was able to get these shipped for free the same day! Nice edge on the sides and feel nice and heavy.

These come in other colors besides brown. I purchased two of the wide shallow bowls about a year ago for the purpose of holding spaghetti (the edges, or 'rims' of the bowl is ideal), and I like the brand and style so much, that I went back and purchased the entire set, piece by piece. I could've purchased the 'set' for one lump sum price, but the set did not include the mugs, and I already had the two shallow bowls, so it was cheaper and more practical to just buy the pieces that I still needed. These do not break, crack, or chip easily, and for some reason I have not seen any of those ugly scuff marks that silverware tend to put on this type of item in the dishwater. I understand that some folks may prefer a more 'lively' or 'brighter' color or design for their dinner set, which is why I informed that they come in different colors, but my personal preference was to use beautiful cloth placemats with an attractive print that matches the color of my dinnerware, and to buy semi-fancy silverware to bring out the elegance of the set, and it worked. These dishes are thick and substantial, and they are nice and big, especially the shallow bowls - they are just as wide as the salad plate, which is only slightly smaller than the dinner plate. You won't be disappointed with this set, folks!

The Best Dishes EVER!

I really like this dinnerware. It's hefty yet stylish. I love the matte black color and the  plates have a lip all around.

Sturdy and Stylish

This was advertised as a charger but its more like a heavy ceramic plate. it worked for what i was trying to do and the plate is beautiful.

Wonderful plate (s) bought 4.  The craftsmansh0ip %26 stoneware are perfect.  Love the price as these could easily sell for at least $30-$0 a plate at other retailers and big box stores online.  I highly recommend this product.

I love these plates.  i have expensive Matte Black cast iron  ookware, and these plates are a perfect complement.  Sin e all matte dinnerware is prone to utensil marks, i use cute wooden spoons with these plates.  great price point too
