Purchased for my nephew who will be heading off to college soon and they were on his gift list. His sister, my niece, has the white set she's been using at college now for 2 years and she's been impressed with how well they have held up. So we are hopeful these will be just as good.

I purchased these dishes as they were on sale and I was really happily surprised that they are such a good quality, especially for the price. Very nice.

Dish set

I absolutely love this dinnerware set. I have only one negative issue but I'll save that for last.
ALL dish sets I've purchased in the past had the same issue. Chance's of someone's dinner sliding right off the plate was pretty high. The peas would make a roll for it and dont even get me started on SPAGHETTI.
The plates and saucers have kept food of all kinds where they belong, off my floor. The bowls are great also (cant leave them out). The flat black color was a huge selling point for me. You can pair these dishes with a set you already own. Its really up to you.
Now, my issue... some cutting utensils may leave marks. Cutting on them doesn't chip the paint or leave gashes but you can see where it was done. It does however seem to fade a little at a time. I suggest cutting some things on a cutting board or different plate completely.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE DISHES. Use a light hand with knifes.
I loved them so much that I bought 2 sets.

96% perfect

I love this stoneware. The dishes are pretty fly with a slight lip around the edge making them easy to stack in the dishwasher and dish rack. Plus they don't market up much room. There is also a bowl plate and a coffee cup that aren't included in this set but you can get separately.

These dishes make my food look picture perfect!

Modern. Inexpensive. High quality.

These dishes did not disappoint. They are great quality for the price! They look amazing. Would highly recommend.

I love the design of chic daily . The structure itself is a blessing for everyday wear. The color is super attractive and yet rich. The value was great for the everyday family gathering. It's simple yet chic worthy of displaying. The sizes are just right to serve the family their nourishing meals.

Table set great

Also ordered coffee mugs and large spaghetti bowl/serving bowl. The dishes are heavy, but manageable. I really like the color, it doesn't seem to scratch. Should last a long time. The price is so affordable and the dishes look very nice on the table.

Just love these dishes. They are heavy enough to feel you are eating on a plate underneath your food. I'm used to lightweight dishes, but not now. They fit my farmhouse kitchen and hopefully they will design more pieces for this set. At my Walmart they can't keep the coffee mugs on the shelves!! I give these a 10

Upon opening up the package, one of the bowls was chipped so in my opinion, they're not worth it, but I'm not taking them back because one of the bowls are broke

Cheaply made

Great plates and bowls that I have purchased before.

I purchased my first set in 2023 and they were actually matte black.

I repurchased in 2026 since i moved places and didn't bring the original with me, and they're more of an espresso brown color. really disappointing.

No consistency
