This is the perfect soup bowl. It is solid not thin. It is deep enough for adult  double portions. IE.,  Ramen noodles with chili and crackers. Or cereal with fruit and milk.

I recently purchased the Mainstays Blue Rim Stoneware Bowl, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! This bowl is not only aesthetically pleasing with its beautiful blue rim, but it also offers incredible durability. Blue Rim Stoneware Bowl

This is just the right size for a bowl of soup. You can get a full can of soup (with the can of water) in this bowl at one time for a full meal. The bowl is nicely made and I'll be buying 5 more to make a full set.

Perfect soup bowl

I love my new bowls. They are perfect size for breakfast or soup. They are heavy so the breakability is probably less than most. 
Good size for a candy dish. I put in my dishwasher and have had no problems with them. Will buy more.

These bowls are the perfect size for soup, cereal or snacks. They can be put into the dishwasher or microwave, and stoneware always cleans pretty easily. The price is right. What else could you need?

My Main bowls.

I was concerned these bowls might not be good quality. Price was really good. Surprisingly these bowls are awesome. I would put  them up against any name brand bowls! So glad I lpurchased. Ordering a few more for my dad. Soup, stew, chili etc!

I was so pleased with the first three bowls, so I purchased three more!  Very satisfied!! I will probably buy more for when my family gathers together :)

The perfect soup/cereal Bowl

I love the size for soup and would be great for cereal eaters as well.  I worry that it maybe a bit more fragile than I am used to as my go to bowl is a Corningware Grab-It (I think) bowl which I've had for years and then some, which are nearly indestructible.  Also, you need a plate or bowl cozy when using for hot foods.  The bowl gets very hot and too hot for me to handle without something to shield my hands from the heat.

Nice bowl but gets HOT!

I love the dishes, they're beautiful. BUT; the way they were packed is ludicrous!!  the bowls were separated by shredded paper - cardboard material and as heavy as they are it's a wonder only one was broken. And I do mean BROKEN; the only thing I could use it for is perhaps mosaic art. the matching plates are a bit smaller than I thought, but that's my fault for not paying attention. they are very pretty, but again, they were packed with two plates together × 2, and only separated between the two pairs of plates. so of course two of the plates are chipped 😕. If they weren't so inexpensive I would return them

Unnecessary disappointment

I wanted this to reheat leftovers in the microwave. The bowl gets very hot and is slippery to hold. I had such a hard time trying to handle this, especially with oven mits on.  Might be fine if you have larger hands and don't have arthritis. I do like how deep it is.

when I got them three of them was cracked so I don't know I have to wait until I say I'm again and order them again because I love the reset and I needed that many to figure my grandkids would like when they over for not cooked soup or something so three of us crack so not happy about that at all
