Build Quality

I'm very happy with this bed frame. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and looks great. The metal and bamboo design is modern and fits my room perfectly. It doesn't squeak or wobble, and the quality is excellent for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Quality and Easy to Assemble

I was looking for a bed that's not too kiddish, that both adult and kids would find it beautiful, yet, not breaking the bank for my parent's guest room. I found this gem online and it fit the bill!! Actually, for the price i pay, I can't find another bed to be as pretty and sturdy, with real bamboo instead of those MDF stuff out there. The bed comes flat packed in a box as side as the headboard. The instruction was very easy to follow that it took me about 30 minutes to assemble this.
The height of bed is stylish, and lower to the ground-- my niece and nephew would appreciate it too. Though looks low, there are still adequate underbed storage to help us store some things under bed too.

It's a HomeRun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] its small and low but nice sturdy bed not sure if im keeping it i just finished setting it up. couldve been taller n higher off the ground . definitely not for a tall person unless u add box spring then mattress on top

walmart.com

I bought this due to price point and what I hoped you'd be fairly easy assembly for temporary housing. Assembly was straightforward — my friend assembled in about an hour! Please note that this bed is very low. I personally like that, but something to keep in mind while you are shopping! Great buy.

Great bed!

zinus.com

I would give it a 4 star rating only due to those metal slats which can't be left as it is beneath the mattress. You either need a bunkie board or something to cover those slats, otherwise it will be hard to even sit on it. Therefore, if one is planning to buy it, be ready to spend other 100-120 dollars to make it worth.

Overall, the look is nice. It is same as in the image.

Worth it, some limitations

Love the look! It's the right size perfect for my studio casita. Easy to assemble. The headboard hardware can be noisy/creaky when getting in bed and moving around in my sleep. Hoping a rug underneath the bed (currently on hard laminate floor) will solve further noise issues. Otherwise happy with it!

Simple, cool design

it's nice but its rather low. Needs to be a bit higher. Would be a find if it was say approximately 4 inches higher. Other than that, fairly decent for the price. Pleasantly sturdy, not too hard to put together, and the matress that i bought in store fit decently for a queen-sized bed.

A FRAME IN A PINCH

Bolt holes were not perfectly aligned with attaching frames and threads were not smooth to fit. I was unable to attached all attachments with fittings. Manufacturer has to pay attention on quality check before sending out to consumer. I would not recommend buying this products. Walmart is responsible for this product safety.

Poor quality. Safety concern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One part was defective. I reached out to the manufacturer to get a replacement part. They are requiring lots of time and documentation before sending me a new part. I am not happy with them.

I have had the bed for a week now and it's sturdy once assembled. However the quality control for the assembly instructions was not very good the numbered stickers were not placed well. When putting together the bed half of the cross slats were about 1/4 inch to short. As a result I had to tie a rope across the frame to pull it together so the mattress would not fall through as pictured below.

Nice looking bed but cross slats are too short

Zinus Kai 35 inch Bamboo and Metal Platform Bed Frame, No Box Spring Required, Full — centered front-facing view of a low-profile platform bed with slatted bamboo headboard and low-profile footboard, steel frame with visible metal slats in a neutral bedroom; supports up to 700 lbs and suitable for minimalist guest or studio setups.
