I have had this for several weeks now and am completely happy with it. It is small and very easy to move around and supplies a lot of heat.

Terrific product for a modest price.

This little heater warms a room very quickly. I use it daily so I don't have to run my costly electric heat. Saves a lot on my hydro bill.

Nice light weight heater

Compact, inexpensive, dual heat settings and dual fan speeds. Not sure how efficient it is, but keeps me warm in front of my PC, where I keep the room temperature fairly low.

Pretty good bargain.

This compact heater warms the room quickly. Quiet operation won't interfere with other activities. Nice, streamlined and attractive design.

It does what it's supposed to--  it blows hot air. It looks good, being compact and black. The thermostat is a little touchy. I.e. if you move it a little one way it never shuts off and if you move it a little the other way it only runs for a couple of minutes and then shuts off for several. But this heater is really noisy. We ordered a tower heater at the same time which was more money but the same brand (I believe) and it is almost silent whereas this thing really roars to the point that I wouldn't buy it again.

Works good but noisy

My old heater (12 years old) was starting to provide less heat so bought this one to replace it. It puts out good heat. Both heat and fan speed are better than the old worn out unit. Haven't had this unit long enough to be able to speak to its reliability. 
2 major gripes - 1) handle is poorly designed. It is, shallow, smooth, and tilted up toward edge. It feels like it is going to slip out of my hand when I pick it up. A level handle with a little deeper recess and a ridge at the bottom edge that your fingers can grip would definitely help.  2) tip sensor is way too sensitive. I set it on the carpeted floor and it wouldn't turn on until I had moved it a few time. It looked level to me but the tip sensor was so sensitive it couldn't handle the tiniest angle from the horizontal. The sensor shouldn't trip unless it is actually tipping over. A 10 to 15 degree angle would be fine but this was less than 1 degree. 
This unit works great if you don't have to move it once it is set up, or you don't mind using both hands to move it then fiddle with it to make sure it is level.

I believe it failed because you can only have it run for short period of time.
Heats up a small area around you but for the price.  It worked.

This heater is not durable. I bought two of them at the same time and they both failed within a few days of each other. We didn't use them everyday, and so were surprised that they failed just four months after we bought them. Not worth the money. We won't buy Mainstays equipment again.
