It is all fabric!! This makes it very easy to wash with no worries about it ripping from the pull of the attachment rings. It is also lightweight and the texture makes it easy to wipe. Excellent product.

Stylish, Practical & Perfect for Everyday Use

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This curtain is so soft ! I thought it would be a rougher fabric but it's more like satin without the cold feeling. This is amazing ! It does look more blue than teal, and the hooks are very nice but I think it will be a pain to take off the curtain regularly for cleaning. 
The hooks might feel stiff but I assure you, they can be put on the rod without taking the rod off ! Just be gentle and it will clip on it easily. 
The curtain covers my whole bathtub very easily, no need for another one. 
If your bathroom is small, it might feel more clustered with it. Otherwise, it's a great shower curtain set !

It's also very soft and light, easy to move and doesn't stick to everything like plastic shower curtains do. It was easy to install, there are little holes cut for the hoops to fit through. My only complaint is that the bottom isn't weighted, so it doesn't hang as taught as I would personally prefer.
