So far the pillow has been good.  No complaints.  Regarding firmness, all pillows will slowly flatten out.  My recommendation is if you want to keep the pillow firm then either find a pillowcase that is more narrow or get it sown along the top or bottom of the pillowcase, lengthwise so that it will be a tight fit.  This will keep your pillow firm, and thick if you are a side sleeper.

Bought 2 of these around 3 or 4 months ago and have been very happy with them. Am buying 2 more for guests. The one thing you will notice that i found is one is not as packed as the other but not a deal breaker with the low cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was great for about two weeks then it felt too flat. It's supposed to be good for side and back sleepers but I don't think there was anything special about the pillow other than it was pretty firm at first. The material inside the pillow feels synthetic. And I thought that the synthetic fibers made the pillow less breathable and more hot as I slept.
