No blue film like the other heaters. Easy assembly just be mindful of the black screws from the silver one's of the same size and where they go in each step. Also the front door is an upgrade from my neighbors heater where you have to lift the sleeve up. Get it already for $110, you can't beat it..!

Love, love, love it!! We bought this during the shut down due to COVID and with our Wisconsin fall and winter weather we thought it will be a nice way to be outside a little longer so we feel more human!  I would highly recommend this product! Easy to put together and does need a big propane tank.

Love love this product

Received my order in 1 1/2 weeks in perfect condition. Instructions were very easy and I was able to build it in about 25 minutes with help from my brother. Hooked up a propane tank and had it up and running in 5 minutes. This heater is perfect for my deck and matches the pation furniture! I totally recommend this purchase, you won't be sorry.

Cozy in cold weather!

Great purchase for my daughters outdoor tent wedding. It kept our guests cozy warm on the unseasonable cool evening. We had used 4 of these propane heaters. Lasted all evening on one tank. Were  stable and looked good   Really didnt take away from her wedding decor.

Good purchase

It took about 30 minutes for me to put this together. It's very tall, the wheels make it very easy to move around if needed. The base had a small dent in it, but not big enough for me to care. However, I did get the protection plan. Even if it dies after my protection plan ends...for the price it is, I'll have definitely gotten my money's worth. If you're on the fence... Just do it! I only brought one, but I'm definitely ordering another for more heat coverage. I live in Detroit and it can be 80 degrees tomorrow, and snow the next day. Long story short... this was definitely a good purchase, worth the money. (Ordered it on 4/23/21... received it on 4/26/21)

Just do it!

It's a great heater but the assembly is not the easiest, and took awhile. Good instructions. 
And the top heat reflector could have been bigger and is a bit flimsy. 
The optional cover, $35 extra, is a must have to keep this unit in good shape.
Also, if you haven't bought a gas tank before, its $45, and after then, exchange refils are $14....

Outdoor Patio Heater

I have not used the product yet, thus being unable to review its functionality.  However, I ordered two of these and they were both banged up and had parts of the base bent right out of the box.  This obviously is an issue and cosmetically makes the units look bad.

Good price if you don't mind a banged up unit!

Received new in the box but the top cover plate was dented. Was excited and assembled anyways but it wouldn't stay lit. Trouble shoot couple of times and followed the steps to reignite and checked videos online and it will not stay lit. The second you let go off the knob the flame goes off. Will be returning it.

Will not stay lit

We ordered early anticipating a shortage of heaters as the weather grew colder and now in November we have a brand new heater that doesn't work and 'Out of Stock' everywhere we look for a replacement.  I've followed the trouble-shooting instructions, reviewed the set-up, and even looked on-line at videos of others who seem to experience similar problems.  Very frustrating...

New out of Box - Will not light

I've literally used this thing twice and already it stopped working for the second use. Basically, the propane doesn't come ou unless I have the button pressed in the whole time, I tried lighting it, had the button pressed down for a full 5 minutes with the fire going but as soon as I let go to adjust level, it shuts off and there is no output. I had to use duct tape to hold the button pressed while we tried sitting outside in the cold.

Stopped working after 1 use.
