I love my new patio furniture. I like that the chairs have a very good size. It is well made and resistant. I recommend this product. We also have the patio dinning set from the same brand and we like it too. Very happy with our purchase.

Excellent patio furniture set

Very comfortable chairs and great set. We probably won't be using the fire bowl. It would be great if there was a gas insert that was made for this table.

Sitting pretty

It's a nice set but I did not receive any legs for the table, I cannot put it together, please sent me the pieces

Did not take too long at all to put together. 2 big boxes, but not too many bolts. We added lights and a heater to the gazebo - looks wonderful

I love the set, however the left arm had a wrong piece on the bottom so the support couldn't be attached. We called the company (after a dismal attempt to get the store to help...another story) and they said I would get an email once the part was shipped...two weeks later I'm still waiting to receive that shipping notification.

Not happy, yet happy

Very disappointed with both the product and the service. My order arrived incomplete — the table was missing, and the cushions were incorrect. One of the seat cushions was missing, and instead, I received two back cushions. On top of that, the cushions seem to be made of different materials and slightly different colors from one another, making the set look mismatched.

I first called the store to ask if the table might be coming in a separate box, since the box I picked up was large but completely full and had no space for a table. The staff at the pickup area told me the manager would call me back, but no one ever did.

I then contacted customer service online. After a long wait and some difficulty finding the right contact number, the person I finally spoke to was not helpful at all. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, they simply gave me another phone number and told me to call the distributor myself.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience with an incomplete delivery, mismatched product parts, and no follow-up or accountability from anyone to fix the problem.
