(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) While this one was a much easier DIY (sort of DIY) install than the other ones I've been doing lately - the final look was fantastic. Absolutely loved that the rings opened larger than most do - the rings were a little harder to open, but for a little extra struggle in the beginning the payoff was a sturdier hook, and it was less of a struggle putting two shower curtains on one hook. The hooks are super shiny and I'm hoping that stays. I've had them up for two weeks and so far so good. Overall : very polished look, sturdy and an easy installation. I would absolutely buy these again and recommend them to others!

They are very easy to put on and take off thanks to the hinged opening, which saved me a lot of frustration compared to other rings I've used. They glide smoothly across the shower rod without catching or making a lot of noise. I also really appreciate that they are rust resistant - that's a big deal in a humid bathroom, and so far they still look brand new. The chrome finish looks clean and simple, and they feel sturdier than expected. Overall, they do exactly what they're supposed to do.

Installation took less than a minute thanks to the hinged design - no struggling to pry rings open or scrape my fingers. They glide smoothly across the rod, which makes opening and closing the curtain effortless. I also appreciate the chrome finish; it looks clean and modern without drawing too much attention. 
After a few weeks in a steamy bathroom, I haven't noticed any rust or discolouration, wish was something I was worried about with metal rings. They still look brand new with just a quick wipe.

These are metal and look much better than my other ones! I put these in my son's bathroom and will definitely be buying another set for my other bathroom!

Durable and long lasting

I like how they are strong and sturdy and they haven't opened up yet from using the curtain. I would love a little design or something fun rather than plain circles, but it gets the job done.

The Mainstays O‑Shape Chrome Shower Rings, received complimentary from @influenster, replaced my old clear plastic ones that were always looking dirty. They glide smoothly on the rod so the liner moves easily, though they make a bit more noise than my previous set. The rings snap securely to stay onto the rod without slipping, and the big opening thanks to the O-shape makes it simple to add or remove the curtain. Cleaning is super easy - soap scum doesn't buildupas much, and the chrome finish stays shiny. I only use a liner since I prefer more light, but they look sturdy enough to hold both a curtain.

These rings are quite different than the plastic ones I typically use. They're made of coated metal designed to help prevent rusting, which immediately gives them a more durable and high quality look and feel. 

They feature a hinged opening that's meant to make installation easier. While I initially found them a bit stiff and somewhat difficult to open, once they were in place they were much easier to hang compared to the stubborn plastic ones I usually use. I also appreciate the smooth Chrome finish which makes them look noticeably more polished and stylish in my bathroom.
