This is a decent coffee maker for the price. The coffee pot is very sturdy, and it is very easy to use. My only complaint is that the beeping when using the screen is quite loud, and the brewing completed alarms are a little annoying. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Great Affordable coffee brewer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very basic coffee pot that will do the job every time. You can program to brew at a set time to make your mornings easier and it even has a small brew (1-4 cup) option as well. These types of coffee pots tend to outlast the fancier ones and is a workhorse which would make it great for an office setting. The only downside is it does not come with a reusable filter and the only kind I had was paper style while this is a flat bottom so I had to make a trip out for paper filters to give it a try. Super easy fix though. I would definitely recommend it to someone who doesn't need a fancy brewer or single cup option.

Great value coffee maker.

Stopped working after about 3 months. Called Walmart and was told to call Mainstays about the warranty. Except there's no real Mainstays customer service line. I'm now here, very aggravated, and just going to wash my hands of it all and buy something from Canadian Tire instead.

Would give Zero stars if I could.

Bought this coffee maker last year, pretty p!ss poor screen sensor that works sometimes when I need to set the clock and / or the timer, after a while the touch screen becomes unresponsive then the clock / timer resets itself.  So I have to start all over again.  Mainstays, a brand to remember !

Touch screen problems

Its garbage worked one month then one morning. Turned on pressed brew and nothing. It won't brew anymore.
