Didn't crack in the freezer, no freezer burn on the food.
Didn't melt in the microwave and after 3 minutes in the microwave I didn't have to use a potholder to take it out like I have to do with ceramic bowls.
Did great in the dishwasher, no warping.
I love using these for meal prepping dinners. These make meal-prepping so much easier because you can freeze, heat and eat out of one  container. Super convenient.
Its also super convenient to serve, eat and leftovers keep well by simply putting the lid on and popping it in the fridge. Its become my favorite way to have less dishes to do.

Perfect!  Trying to eat right is a bit easier.  Make a few salads for a quick grab.  Bought the 2 ounce cups with lids for the salad dressing, salsa, or nuts.  l should have bought disposable forks, and a true grab and go!!  l even knocked one off the table and the lid stayed on !!    whew!

Whether prepping meals for the week or stashing leftovers, these  bowls are great. I didn't realize just how much they can hold until I started packing meals. These have the capacity for three main course portions for sure. They clean easily, neither retaining grease nor odors.  Their round shape make them fit in my work bag much easier than rectangular bowls.

Smart little investment

I buy the single compartment rectangular ones of these all the time.  I love that I can heat up my leftovers without having to take them out of the fridge container.  I also like these round ones for making up quick bits like some instant mashed potatoes.  In my mind, I have to have round ones whenever I'm doing something where I'm mixing dry into a liquid.  Not necessary, just an OCD of mine.  
My DIL uses them to take lunch to microwave at work and she puts both parts in the dishwasher with no issues; my use is a bit different.  I hate to wash dishes, so I make up a batch of one thing or another, fill a few of these, leave one in the fridge and the rest in the freezer until needed.  Once I've emptied the container (these hold several servings for me), I throw it away (I use all paper plates and bowls, disposable plastic spoons and forks).
The lids fit tight and stay on, even to the point where sometimes you have to work at it to remove the lid, but that's so much better than having an ill-fitting lid that won't stay on. 
They are surprisingly durable, so those of you who are not so wasteful as I will find them a better addition to your kitchen than the frosty ones with the red or blue tops, sold by trash bag makers.

Best semi-disposable bowls with lids.

I like the Round Meal Preps for Microwave meals.  I am single and like certain foods that are not pre-packaged to pop into microwaves.   They are great to fix salads in and come with sealed lids.   reusable and wash up nicely.  I'm in a hurry and don't  have time for clean-up.  Throw away.  Great for picnics, family reunions, or camping.

It states that you can use these in the microwave, but in my personal experience, the inside starts leaching (plastic coming off) after about the 3rd or 4th time in the microwave. It's a great product otherwise. I just only use mine for leftovers.

Not microwavable.

I bought these for a work event. It was hard to get them sealed, and the lid came off once in transport. Once you get it sealed well, the lid is hard to get off.

Watch the lid

Lids don't close tightly. Had to tape them closed to keep spillage from occuring. Plus new report says the black plastic contains bromide which, at no level, is safe for humans.

These are trash. Don't tip it because your food will leak. The seal is non-existent and the lid will likely pop off. I threw these all away since Walmart wouldn't refund me.

Don't Buy

Lids do not snap on properly and the bottoms are very flimsy. I bought these to take food to friends; but did not use them, because I was afraid they would spill.
