Solid build, highly recommended! Didn't want a fixed install and I really like the black matte finish.

Instructions are super easy to follow and definitely is a 2-person job when securing the rod in place.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received a Curved Smart Shower Curtain Rod made by MAINSTAYS. I have only ever used regular straight curtain rods before, so this was a delight. My daughter and I used the tension mount option with ease, it remains sturdy and secure in place. The brown finish goes aesthetically well with the rest of the bathroom. This curved design gives more space in the inside of the shower without taking space from the outside of the shower. I will forever use a curved shower rod for its convenience. Perfectly Designed!

It would be perfect for a renter who would like to elevate their bathroom space without needing landlord permission. I love the flat black colour, it is an easy esthetic to coordinate with. It seems to be quite sturdy.

Great shower curtain rod

This rod added a modern look to our bathroom, with the added benefit it it being curved and offering some more space and details. I have a heavier linen curtain and liner, and this is a very stable rod. So happy with it and highly recommend for a little bathroom update!

Modern addition to any bathroom!

I live in an apartment with a built in shower rod that makes the shower feel very claustrophobic. I purchased this curtain and placed it just below and about three inches out from the built in rod and what a great difference!!! 

It was very simple to assemble however one thing is, the instructions call for two small screws to be inserted (which is included along with a hex key) to help stabilize the smaller half of the bar inside of the larger half but they're already installed. You will just need to loosen them before sliding the small end into the large end. Other than that it was very simple and easy to do.

We take possession of our home mid February and I can't wait to try this piece to give extra space in the shower. I hate the feeling of the shower curtain being close and sticking to my body. I like that there's no drilling required to install and the color is nice.

Seems sturdy and easy install

The clamping pods / feet on either end of the rod that press against the shower wall do not line up. When one is level, the other points down about 15 degrees. There is no way to adjust them to line up.
