[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's just as important to change your shower curtain liner, as it is to change your toothbrush. So I try to do so at the same time I do my brush, every 3 months. I don't always need to change that often, so I may wait up to 6 months for the liner. This Mainstay one, that is actually a clear shower curtain, is very thick, strong and fashionable. I was a bit leery to use clear, but the pattern and the thickness is worth a try. It is totally transparent. Long enough to secure the floor from accidental shower spray. My favorite thing is that it doesn't have that new plastic smell, that lets everyone know you just changed it. It's almost scentless. Never thought I'd like a clear liner, but I do. This one works for me.

Using as a liner.

We are using as a shower curtain in the master bath.  Pretty much clear with a little patter.  A little light weight and the holes for hanging aren't reenforced but over all works fine.  Goes great with the Holographic bath mat.

Thin and no magnets on the bottom, I haven't had any problems with the shower curtain so far but I bought shower curtains that were two dollars and it had magnets in the bottom. I haven't had any complaints otherwise cute iridescent color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Mainstays Shower Curtain while extremely pretty is way too thin to be an actual shower curtain. It's beyond lightweight; more like featherweight. As I started to unfold it I noticed how pretty the geometric design is. It's a clear and iridescent geometric pattern which is very pretty. But pretty doesn't keep the shower water from going outside tge shower or tub. This shower curtain is so lightweight that a shower running at full blast will make it almost impossible to keep the water contained and not making a mess. I looked on the bottom for magnets to ensure that water won't blow this curtain out of the tub and would keep it in place , or some sort of weighted bottom but there isn't any. The piece like I said is extremely thin and one can equate it to a very thin , yet pretty trash bag. As much as I wanted to like it, and I do love the design, for practical use in a shower/tub combination or stand alone shower I cannot see recommending it. Maybe good for “staging” a home to sell it but definitely not for practical use. Therefore I will not be using this in my shower because it's even too thin to line my high quality polyester shower curtain with. Really very disappointing as I expect better quality from Mainstay products.
