[Employee of walmartcanada] This little guy puts out! I find the lowest setting to be more than sufficient to warm a 10x15 bedroom. The highest setting is overkill. But that said, I do find the fan a bit loud. Not crazy loud, but you do have to turn up the volume on the TV when it kicks in.

Blows heat like a hairdryer, but a little bit loud

Just bought this. Used a power meter and it actually puts out 1500 on high and 750 on medium. The fan is weak, but sufficient for a small-medium sized room (<200sqft). The fan only setting uses almost no power. (20-30W)
The thermostat control has no effect whatsoever on power consumption, and i question whether it has any effect on temperature either, and so it makes no sense to use it, as by turning it down you are still wasting energy, but not getting any heat output. This is the size of a toaster.
Nice little unit, excellent bang for buck. You want something single for a single room? This is the answer.

Good! Actually 1500W. Thermostat dial is useless.
