Value For Money

I experienced approx 4-5 inches of hair breakage/loss within 4 months of purchasing my home.  This was due to extreme hard water at my residence in addition the alkaline levels were way above average at our well.  I was seriously flipping out because my hair was relatively long and was part of my identity, I've tried anything and everything to combat this issue diy and store bought products I didn't want to go through the extreme of selling this home again after having just bought it.  This product was the final game changer I needed to soothe my anxiety and give hope and life back to my hair:  Initially, I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and crystals to do the job. It worked instantly and was great however I found it a little expensive to use all three products regularly .  I've now determined that just using the crystals after any shampoo product, rinsing then using any conditioner also works well and isn't as expensive.  I'm using one package of crystals once or twice a month now and I just went to the hairdresser to have a bang cut and the both staff made comments on how healthy my hair looked!!!  I was shocked….now here's hoping my hair will eventually get back to its original length soon.

Total game changer!!!

It works. My hair had been feeling extremely blah and didn't truly feel clean. I tried clarifying shampoos and it was a mild improvement. I had a hard water treatment at my salon and figured I could do this at home. After the first use, you need to leave it on the recommended 5 minutes, my hair felt GREAT. It was silky and bouncy.

My well water is full of lime scale & rust. Whenever my curls begin to frizz & get weighed down I know I need this treatment. After I use it my hair is fuller, curlier & much less frizzy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tons of iron in our water and my hair tends to get brassy from the iron. Unless you have very short hair, you probably are going to use two envelopes (or more if you have super long hair). If you follow the directions and let it sit in your hair for 5-10 minutes, it pulls the minerals out of your hair. At a small small fraction of the price that a Malibu treatment costs you at the salon.

Excellent product and way cheaper than the salon!

I try to keep this on hand because we have well water; and even with a softener, I still get a build up of rust/minerals in my hair.  This product is easy to use, and I can tell a difference in the texture of my hair after one use.

I have suffered the effects of hard water for so long, conditioners did not penetrate my hair and therefore became dry and broke off. When I used Malibu hard water treatment ONCE, my have stopped falling out. It has improved so much and I get compliments on A regular basis. The only thing is I need to use two packs at a time because hair is long.

So far so good. I washed my hair today and no itching yet. I have 3c hair and my hair felt softer as soon as I put it in my hair. Hard water may be the culprit.
