I just started using the Hard Water Wellness Collection. So far my hair feels softer and I love my curls!! I am looking forward to my hair loosing the yellow tinge over time.

I  have naturally curly hair. Living where I do we have very hard water. This is a great product to get my hair gunk free.  Makes my hair very soft. Use the packet with caution if you have color treated hair. It will strip your color.  
This is the second time I have purchased Malibu  hard water.  First time was from Amazon

everyone meeds this regardless of which water system you have.  one use and u can twll a difference in the feel of your hair as u rinse. major difference for my 5yo with waist length fine hair that tangles very easily.  so much time in the pool last summer   hard/well water washes had made her hair have a very odd film that even clarifying shampoo wasnt moving. the undo goo in thia brand is great too. its another that eveyone needa to keep on hand for build up and after pool and harsh products.

This product is the only thing that works to take the iron out of my hair. I have blond highlights in my hair, and I use the Shampoo and Conditioner about once or twice a week and the packets about every two or three weeks - sometimes once a month depending what my hair looks like.

I do not have a water softner in my park model in FL, so all winter long I shampoo with this hard water collection of products. I love the results I get. My hair almost shines.

Love the scent! It definitely helps with removing build up but my hair feels dry. I am only using it twice a week

Good and bad

I had highlights that were blonde that turned red. I am finally seeing the blonde after using this product. My hair stays soft and very clean feeling after each use. I am very satisfied

Not loving it. Makes my hair feel greasy like it feels dirty the next day. Dont love the smell, overall dissapointed. A hairdresser told me to get this because I have buildup in my grey hair. Its not removingbthatbeither.

Its just ok

Not my favorite. The smell of the shampoo and conditioner were ok but, the is smell terrible! And it dried my hair out and made it feel weird.

This review is what I've found during my experience with using this product. 

This is NOT the same treatment you would get in a salon. It in no way does the same thing. 

Let's start with the crystals. All they do is clarify, more accurately, strip your hair of a all oils and any buildup. It does nothing that the salon product does. If you're thinking about spending more money on this brand, there's no need to. You can get the same results from any clarifying shampoo. (Neutrogena's Clarifying, Gentle Clarifying or Anti-Residue Shampoos are excellent options)  Follow that up with a conditioner or a mask, in shower or leave in, and you'll see the same , or better, results. (In my opinion, your hair will feel better since the conditioner in this kit is awful.) Also, there are plenty of clarifying shampoos in the market, not just the one I mentioned above.
