I found this small useful vacuum worth the cost.   It's long hose helps to reach place that uprights can't get at.   It has a good capacity bag for its size.   I find the large nozzle somewhat awkward.  The option to purchase a second type might be helpful.   The price is good and it is a useful tool to have.   
Compared to the high priced canisters it good quality for the cost.
