Great oar lock - stainless steel.  Needed to shim around the aluminum oar shaft though as this only clamps down to 1 3/8.  I used 1.5 PVC pipe cut to 1 inch and cut a slit so it could be installed and tightened.  SS Nylon nuts were included.
