Product Description: A mask formulated to boost natural radiance while reducing the appearance of surface imperfections. This mask assists in the reduction of hyper-pigmentation whilst cleaning congested pores. It works to hydrate and brighten uneven skin tone while lessening the damage caused by sun exposure and acne. Skin-lightening and natural ingredients like Kojic Acid, Liquorice and Mulberry make this mask gentle for all skin types. Apply a thin layer of mask on clean skin while avoiding the eye area. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Follow with a serum and moisturiser. Use two to three times a week. The term “whitening” harkens back to the colonial ideal of beauty where women bleach their skin to appear more “white,” which I find offensive and unnecessary. I'm sure there is another word you can use other than “whitening. ” Also it left a weird residue feeling on my hands and face once I rinsed them off.
