Offers exceptional sound quality and aesthetic at this price point.

I recently stayed at a resort that had a this speaker in room and I was smitten. I immediately ordered one when I got home and have spent every evening sitting on my porch listening to my favorite music. The quality of this speaker is top notch, sound fills my entire home. It's such a cool piece and I love the sound.

Wish I had bought it sooner

Marshall

I bought this and had it just a few days before I bought the Stanmore III. Both have excellent sound. I went up a size because I needed further listening range in my home. I definitely recommend the Acton III and like the sound better than my JBL Charge 4.

Great Sound

It is an amazing purchase, the sound quality is amazing just the right thing to buy if you are a music lover

Perfect speaker

This speaker is perfect for my apartment. Loud enough for a vibe but not too loud for disturbing the neighbors.

Apartment Ready!

The speaker delivery sound great enough for my fairly small room & the bass is just🔥
I've always wanted one of these but chose not to buy them thinking it will be a hassle to carry but this one is surprisingly small. Loving it so far.
Thanks Marshall

Amazing compact speaker

The sound quality is spot on and beautifully balanced. The aesthetics are also beautiful - classic, and the functionality is wonderfully simple and unfussy. The Bluetooth connection is spot on, though being old school, I love having the Aux option.
I bought the Acton III to replace an overly complicated setup that I became tired of managing and am extremely happy with my purchase.
This thing does just what I want it to do - it plays music when I want it to and that's it.
I've already recommended the Acton III to other people.
Simon

Sound, Form and Function

I own a first generation Stanmore, and loved the sound. I purchased the Acton III for my daughters room and was quite literally surprised! The highs were high enough but the mids were not lost and the bass came out of nowhere! I would put its quality over the first gen Stanmore for sure. Love the quality job, the fit and finish is superb. I wish they would have sent a aux cord like the first generation, but I doubt it would get much use at our house. Overall I expected good quality sound, but was met with deep room filling sounds and the clarity of the voices coming through in rich kids and highs.

Exceeding my expectations!

I got this speaker for my spouse for her birthday. When she got it, she used it at our pool for a Pool Party and it worked as well as a mini DJ booth. Sound and Bass is very impressive and clear. I love the old school feel of the design and quality controls. I'm so glad we got this.

This Speaker is Truly Impressive!!

I purchased a pair of JBL Bluetooth speakers for my wife for Christmas. They sounded great and I decided I wanted one for my office. I wanted bookshelf and didn't need portable or waterproof. I stumbled upon the Marshall Acton III, read many good reviews and pulled the trigger.

When I listened to the Acton III with my wife I was embarrassed that I didn't buy this for her. It sounded awesome! The full rich sound, solid bass, and impressive imaging given the small size of the speaker. It also looks classy on my office shelf.

We have twin daughters with a birthday coming soon. I plan to buy one for each of them. This was a great find and a great buy!

Great Investment

Love marshall products, I buy alot of, amps, earphones, earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, ect really like the sound quality, and believe you will also. reason for not a 5 star is just because there is always room for improvement. Thanks marshall

These look and sound nice... until they suddenly stop working, and you realize Marshall has zero interest in updating their own software or servicing their devices out of warranty. I contacted Marshall about a repair for my Acton speaker which died without warning, and I was told that outside the one-year warranty I couldn't even pay to have it serviced in the U.S. The chat person actually hung up on me. Now I have to hunt down a shop that fixes these, which is tough because it seems like a lot of electronics repair places don't want to touch them. Currently stuck with one dead speaker and waiting for my other two to kick the can.

Good luck with service...
