Perfect addition to collection

This will be my fifth addition of the collection. I have four other Marshall speakers planned in a few different room in my home. The Emberton is awesome! Love it!! Sounds amazing! And I can take it anywhere I'd like. I like it's so compact and powerful. I ended up purchasing another one. Thanks Marshall for producing great products. Looking forward to other future products in the future.

I've owned many different Bluetooth Speakers over the years, But I have to say that This Marshall Emberton Blows Every other one away!!! I Currently own Bose, JBL, Sony, Samsung, You Name it and I promise you I own it. I have searched for years for a speaker of this quality and I am so super excited and thankful to own this Marshall. I get so many compliments on its Quality of Sound, and when I show my Friends and Family This Little Booger they are just as in awe as I was my first time listening to it. I mean it is just the best sound ever and it doesn't matter what Genre music you play, its quality of bass keeps up!!! I LOVE MUSIC, PERIOD I listen to just about EVERYTHING (RAP ROCK COUNTRY JAZZ SOUL R&B GRUNGE HEAVY METAL ) I LIKE IT ALL!!! This speaker is the BEST ONE YET!!!! 
I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THIS SPEAKER AT ALL!!!!

I usually don't write reviews but when I do it's because the product is outstanding. For the size of this speaker it's very loud. It delivers a rich, vibrant, and clear sound. I appreciate it doesn't have too much bass so you can hear the lyrics. It's a little pricey but it's worth it in my opinion!

The best speaker I've listened to

Small, compact, built with quality, and really packs power; a concert in a small room. The caveat is, the sound is only phenomenal with REAL instruments, incl. electric guitars/bass, etc. You can hear crystal clear sounds of instruments and voices of singers. The computer-generated, synthetic pop music these days may not perform to best standards. Also, not sure if this is by design, but cranking volume to 75% is the equivalent of 50% settings of other brand speaker (in my experience).

Small Package, Such Power!!

Very impressed with the great and powerful sound from such a small product! Because of it small size it's easy to bring in you backpack and you don't have to be afraid you will damage the edges do to it's well protected rubber coating. Very pleased and surprised over the fact how much I needed this product without even knowing it until now!

Emberton - A future must have and early classics

I've been through a ton of Bluetooth speakers and the emberton hands down far surpasses any Bluetooth speaker on the market. Bose don't stand a chance with this one. Rich FULL sound that's so loud I can't believe it's coming out of this tiny box. It sounds like my JBL LX-44 on my home stereo. I can't believe how good this bad mammer-jammer rocks. MARSHALL really outdid themselves on this one. I woulda gave it a 5 star rating but it isn't compatible with any app like the emberton ll so that was seriously the ONLY bad thing I can say about it. But with a speaker that sounds this good who needs an app that changes the sound. It's 110% perfect the way it is. I LOVE THIS SPEAKER! I'm throwing all my others away! Point blank PEROID! GO BUY ON! Or come try mine out of you don't believe me! I'll rent it to you for your next party!

Bad mammer-jammer

Marshall Embarton is a very good speaker, but if, it was a little bigger in size,then it would be a little louder and also required an extra deep and Panchi bass option, need Google assistant or Equalizer and multiple speakers connecting optation. Please create Marshall Embarton 2 with this feature. Thankyou.

About Emberton

I've been using my Emberton for a couple of months now and continue to be impressed by the sound of the speaker. However, I am going to seek to return it for either a new one, or all together, due to a few things that I don't think Marshall hammered out before releasing this speaker. First, the bluetooth range is not ideal. They list 30ft on their website but I've had several instances where I'm less than 30ft away in a straight, unobstructed line, and it starts missing. Lastly, I wish there was a way to extend the "standby" time before the speaker automatically turns off. If I take a call on my phone, it seems like within 5 minutes, the speaker auto-powers off (I'm assuming to conserve batter), then I have to go turn it on again. Would be nice if this was longer or at least adjustable.

Great sound. Technology missing.

I love the look and feel of the speaker, however mine has started to have scratchy sounds when playing music with heavy low bass. It's started to become more and more noticeable with any kind of music. I am disappointed because the brand and price promised a quality product, however I got more use (years) out of my last portable speaker, a refurbished beats pill.

The sound of disappointment

I've owned this Marshall bluetooth speaker for about 4 months now. Nothing but problems! Over heats and doesn't want to charge when hot. Most certainly doesn't last 20 hours, more like 8 maybe 9 hours of play time. It's bad, I'd rather have Beats pill by dre! It's so much louder too!
