Music Playback

I was so used to my bose micro and it's been good to me but after 3 yrs I was ready for an upgrade. This baby is awesome! Love the design , the feel , and most importantly the sound. Love it. It's not gonna be the loudest with the most BASS and I don't expect to be. But it does what I need it for. It's super small with great sound. fits in my big pocket. I use it for work on a construction site. I can't play music so loud that it's distracting, or I would use SOMETHING bigger. I keep this close 2 me so only I can hear it and I don't disturb anyone else. This my reason for this speaker and it fulfills it purpose. I absolutely love it.

My fav personal speaker.

Marshall

The bigger the speaker, usually means the louder the bass and the sound. However I was looking for a small speaker for carrying around (can fit in a pocket), and provide the best bass/sound at that size. And has a mike to be used in calls. The Willen fits these requirements perfectly, and looks great. I love the Black-Brass version. If you want louder, you can stack multiple Willens, or get a bigger speaker.

The perfect small speaker size that still sounds great.

I use this speaker for everything now. This speaker sounds perfect for its size. It matches my expectations and exceeds them for its size. The controls are super easy to use and perfectly placed. Even the implementation of the rubber loop on the back is super handy. Believe me, when I say I love small speakers, this one checks all the boxes for me except for one, but it's not a big thing. I like to be able to turn the speaker on and off via the app, but I understand the battery drain drawback, but it would be a game-changing feature to turn it off whenever you want, like the UE boom has implemented.

Little big balance sound!

Well as a fan of Marshall product's on the past, such as major 2 and major 3, I've been waiting so long for something like Willen from Marshall. As a cyclist, I like to listen music when I ride and on the past I was using jbl go3. Finally I got hands in this tiny Beast. I can attach it on the handlebar, at the rucksack belt etc. Battery is great, actually it's amazing not just great. Sound quality it's what you should expect from Marshall. 10w of loudness it's a lot, you can even party with it. It has three equaliser set up via the app. The only down side for me is actually the equaliser that you cannot adjust it the way you like, but still rating from me it's a solid 4.9 star.
IF YOU LOVE MUSIC, THAN LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS IS IT.

Small and mighty

Since I start buying Marshall products, I have never been more satisfied with sound, bass and the most pure sound that you can ever find in a speaker ever. All other competitors can only watch and learn. I bought this spear, in order to attach it with the small hook on the back to a backpack, bike etc. This product is simply amazing - quality, sound, looks - basically everything. Please do not have concerns for this, just get it straight away! Awesome job done Marshall!

THE BEST SMALL PORTABLE SPEAKER EVER

I had no idea how often I would end up using this thing but it's truly my go-to speaker anytime I'm out and about. The strap on the back is super ideal for tethering it to bicycle handlebars and the speaker itself is just small enough to fit into a denim jacket pocket. Long battery life too. No complaints!

Travel Size

I ordered it without ever seeing it in person and it is everything I wanted and more. Much more solid than expected with a fantastic sound! It exceeded my expectations. The built-in microphone is a plus over other speakers. Highly recommend as portable speaker!

A fantastic speaker

I saw this gem of sound technology advertised and it had my name on it! Experience has taught me, a child of the 50's/60's, that the Marshall sound was the definitive sound. Not resting on their laurels, Marshall have evolved to produce some of the most outstanding gear available and I took it this would blow me off my feet. Sadly, I was bitterly disappointed. Whilst this wee gem of sound evolution ticks every conceivable box, it doesn't include the bass response. This makes it unsuitable for rock music but is a perfect accompaniment for classical music. This first edition of Willen is acceptable and good value at the price but the second edition needs a lot of work on the bass response.

A Beautiful Speaker for Outdoor Use… if you don't Mind Loss of Bass

Despite having good reviews (fake), this knock odd speaker arrived from China and was a total piece of crap. Surprised walmart would let scam artist third party sellers like this use their website to sell phony junk.

KNOCK OFF-DO NOT BUY

My girlfriend got me my Willen for Christmas. It lasted less than 2 weeks using it at work, the speaker would make a rattley distorted sound. Sent it to the repair centre in the middle of January. Its now the middle of march and they've finally decided they can't repair it. Disappointing that it took them 2 months to get back to me. I won't be getting another.
