Was impressed with the quality of this book and the very good service that I received after ordering it. It was a gift for my granddaughter and she was delighted with it.

Exceptionally informational

love, like, or hate her it doesn't matter this book rocks. I'm buying my second one bc my first got destroyed..  new puppy..  I've learned so many things from this book and admit from the original queen of cooking Julia C.  this book takes you through easy steps, with pix, and instructions..  such a difficult meals turns simple. Best Bolognese and Cassoulet recipes - and my family is french/italian..  so just saying. well worth the money for the home cook looking to take it up a notch.

Perfect book for the home chef

Although this book has recipes and instructions, it's not your average cookbook. I really like this book. It goes through steps and procedures that most cookbooks don't, and has plenty of pictures. It's more of a how-to book, a lot on dishes you may never have made. It's a big and thick book, make room for it! Also, I would recommend her "Housekeeping Handbook." LOVE IT!
