I absolutely love this thing! It's so quick and easy. This is my second one. I dropped the first one on a concrete floor too many times. This letter opener is tough though. It didn't finally break until about the 4th time.

An elderly neighbor in my building had a battery operated letter opener it died he knocked on my door and asked me if I could find one online first place I went to was Walmart I saw this I showed it to him it was delivered within 2 days and he absolutely loves it

I havent had this long, but  eo far I really like it.  Shipping was fast.The unit is simple and does exactly what it is designed to do.  Also good price

Makes mail opening a breeze

This is my third of these, they've lasted me about seven years each with home use.  Great at the price - simple, easy to use and reliable.

Just the kind of product many companies foolishly decide to upgrade, build in electronics, features, multifunctions and silly designs.  I am very pleased Martin Yale left it exactly the way it is.

Walmart's whole buy-online was an utter pain, though.

Great product

Have only had for a short time but am very pleased so far. Had to get used to the envelope feeding automatically but that is a great feature. My wife and I liked the size and the operation so well we immediately ordered 3 more just to have in the future. Just like anything else, anything mechanical that cuts can eventually wear out. Other openers we had were similar but when the last one gave out after several years I could not find an inexpensive replacement. - The Martin Yale model is perfect..

Better than expected!

I have only 1 good hand and this opener is very easy to use.  You don't even have to hold it for it to work.
