Doesn't move on grass or gravel. Best in house or on a deck, or pavement

It didn't have as many buttons to push as I thought plus after I bought it I saw it at a local Walmart store for $50 less - not worth shopping online!

The seat lock doesn't work properly or not safe,
My 18 month old can unlock it and play with the wires :/. Also it seems hard to get it going. I'm not sure if I put the wheels on to tight or just the way it is. I just remember back in the day with my older kids it was easy go get going and both wheels spin. This one only one wheel spins and it will only spin if my toddler is sitting on it. As said not sure if I put the wheels on to tight or not. And I'm unsure if I can even take the wheels off to loosen it :/

Not as great as they use to be 9 years ago

I bought this for my toddler and this thing can barely move going against the slopes, which there are many around my home starting with driveway of the house, the street asphalt pavement (sloped from center towards each edge), a pedestrian path going across from our street to the other.

Also a side note about assembly, the wheel nuts shouldn't be fully tightened or the wheels won't be able to move.

The button is very stiff and hard to press for a small child.
