Price

This is a really good Spider-Man figure and probably one of the best Marvel Legends Spideys they've made in a while. The articulation is a big step up, it's very fun to pose, and it clearly takes inspiration from that classic McFarlane-style look. A lot of collectors consider this one of Hasbro's strongest modern Spider-Man bodies, and I can see why—it feels like an upgrade over previous versions and looks great on display.  ￼

That said, it doesn't quite live up to the “Maximum” name. For the price, it feels like it should have been the definitive Spider-Man, and it falls just short of that. Some of the accessories are underwhelming and the head sculpts could be better, which is a pretty common criticism.  ￼ I'm still giving it 5 stars because it's a really fun figure overall, but realistically it feels more like a 4.5—great, just not perfect.

Not maximum but he's certainly amazing. Fun to play with, fun to pose and a good amount of accessories. Not really worth $60 but still a worthwhile purchase.

Pretty cool

Great figure but I've seen some quality issues.  Not worth the high price unless you get a good one without any quality control issues.  I've seen bad web lines and I've seen joints that are misaligned.  I'm hoping the Maximum Series DEADPOOL is better quality.
