I bought the lid to use with an amber, quart-sized, wide-mouth Ball jar. I made kitchen wipes from a partial paper towel roll, cut in half. I then poured an essential oil cleaning solution over the paper towels and removed the cardboard roll in the center. I can easily pull a sheet of saturated paper towel through the hole in the cap each time I need to clean. The cap lid holds the edge of subsequent paper towels in place. Love the set up. Will probably buy more of the lids for other uses with wide-mouth jars.

Unique purpose…

walmart.com

For storing salt in bulk this lid with a pour spout eliminates the step of opening the container to scoop out contents and letting humidity in. My coarse salt in this wide mouth glass jar stays clump free.

Keeps moisture out.

I bought to be able to pour from my mason jar, and this is awesome, made so well, highly recommend!!!

Pourable too!!

A Very Good Purchase...I make my tea in a gallon mason jar and it keeps the tea from spilling all over with better control for pouring...I also have a regular mouth for my quart mason jar for my milk that I make...

Good Purchase

This lid allows for shaking and pouring my homemade soy drink with no dripping and no spilling, meaning no after use clean-up. Unique style is attractive.

An excellent buy

Fit the wide mouth mason jars securely and flip open easily with one hand for use as powdered creamer and sugar dispensers for guests where I volunteer. Keeps things a lot cleaner than using spoons!

Very useful-high quality

Review of : Masontops Wide Mouth Plastic Mason Jar Lid with Pour Spout – Reusable Flip Cap Lid for Canning Jars

I purchased this item at $3.47. There is only one jar lid in the pack. I guess it was previously listed high at $6.49, or so it is listed. They are a plastic and it does have an edge seal for the edge of the canning jar. There is no silicone seal for the spout so it is possible the spout may leak in an inverted position.

The item appears well made but the lower price is a better fit for this item. I would personally not purchase for the $6.49 price.

These were purchased to cap and pour jars for brewing sun tea. I purchased 64 ounce Ball jars. A very nice bonus is that the tops are not much higher than the top of the jar. With the shorter profile, I was able to place them in the refrigerator without raising up the shelf height. I previously used a Rubbermaid 1 gallon pitcher which needed that higher shelf adjustment. Hence, I can better utilize space in the refrigerator.

Lower profile pour lids and a good seal! Good Buy

I was happy with these purchases. They seal well, work as anticipated, and are a better price than most.

I used this for storing cold brew coffee which I had brewed in a separate container. I was disappointed that the spout does not latch in place or seal in anyway, it just sets against the opening. Be careful to lift the by the jar, not by the lid. Overall it does what it says and you get what you pay for.

the rubber seal is a separate piece which is not big and is hard to sit properly on the jar

mason top

Disappointed in these tops. I purchased several and two are problematic. It won't snap closed and I plan to return it; the other very loosely closes, but it leaks because it's not tight. Won't be buying these again!

Disappointed. Snap won't close tight

Masontops Multi-Top, Wide Mouth black screw-on lid for wide-mouth Mason jars with silicone gasket; leakproof easy-pour spout and secure flip cap that locks open or closed, for storing liquids, food or small items and often used to transport travel-size toiletries or craft supplies.
