It was simple to put together (as long as you follow the directions), the durability is amazing, it can withstand any shape or size & I truly don't know the price but whatever it's cost is well worth it…it hits all the major zones, that if you are anything like me, that means EVERYWHERE!! Has multiple functions for intensity & modes!!! It also come heated!! This is a 5 star general & I thank Influenster for this opportunity!!

this chair is perfect for a MAN cave came at 10 this morning assembled and tested by 1045 the instructions are vague but if you can count parts and look at pictures you can complete the assembly very easily i will order a 2nd chair and recommend this to anyone looking for comfort at an affordable price

I bought this for my father who has COPD and has a hard time sleeping in a bed. He loves it, the heat for his back, the message and the ability to sleep sitting up. It is the perfect chair for him with great padding in the seat.

I Would Buy This Chair Again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair was very very easy to assemble. The pieces feel well made and durable. Once I sat down the comfort of this chair is just so refreshing. The massage goes from the top all the way to the ottoman. I expected it to be more forceful but the massage is great just as it. What a great chair.

Comfort and massage in a durable chair

I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE SO VAGUE, THERE WERE SCREWS MISSINGS. AFTER HAVING 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TRY AND PUT THIS CHAIR TOGETHER FOR ME, NONE WERE ABLE TO DO IT. SO IT'S SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LIVING ROOM, AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT!!!! ~very disappointed~

I bought this chair last year on Dec 14th 2015.  The support holding the back to the arms snapped into last night , Nov 25 2016.   Now it's permanently reclined. Obviously VERY poor construction.   I realize that this is the main stress point but isn't that something that the manufacturer should also know?  Now I'm looking for a new chair and believe me it will NOT be from Flash Furniture.
