Shipping within timeline and delivered in perfect condition. Assembly was a breeze. I have used it for two weeks riding it five times altogether. This is not a cheapy bike and I felt comfortable with its ergonomics.  Not recommended for people under 5'4''.  I would recommend this product.

Solid equipment

This bike is very sturdy and has an on board computer that works as you start pedaling.  It is also very smooth and makes no noise at all shipping said it would take a week and the product showed up 2 days after ordering.  I love this bike.

Awesome Bike

Nothing beats biking outside on my mountain bike but for those days that are just too cold or wet this works.  We bought this more expensive model because it was supposed to be quiet and it is really quiet. This bike works for me at 5'4" and 28 inch inseam and my hubby at 6'6" and 36" inseam. Seat height is easy to position.  We both use the handlebars at the highest position possible and nearest to the seat  position.   The geometry is more like a road bike than a mountain bike, but we expected that.  We replaced the ultra hard seat with a cushier one.  We re-engineered the position of the computer to the back of the handlebars so that we could put our tablets/books where the computer goes.  Calories burned are much more generous than our watches calculate.  Beware, the bike in its packaging is very heavy - almost 130 pounds.  The bike is stable while riding-seated or standing. The reason for the 3 stars is that the threads in the crank hole for the left pedal must have been defective:  the threads stripped out before we had logged even an hour of riding and the pedal wobbled in the hole.  We contacted Bladez customer support by email and they promptly ordered us the replacement parts in honor of the warranty.  Save your serial number from the box, there isn't a visible serial number on the upper part of the bike, maybe it is stamped on the bottom somewhere?  In the meantime, my husband used 2 ton epoxy and glued the pedal back in the crank hole.  So far this fix is working perfectly.  We haven't gotten the replacement parts yet (new crank and pedal) so don't know how easy it will be to replace.

Review after one week - ok but could be better

I really liked the bike, but hadn't even had it a year when rear axial started shifting, which threw belt. After doing some research this bike seem to have several problems. There are some kind of snap rings that keep breaking on the axial. The real problem is service from dealer, or lack of personal help from BH fitness I was given run around till warranty had expired. I would not recommend this bike for that purpose.

The bike is sturdy but the seat is really hard and very uncomfortable. I can't get in the bike for more than a minute before my butt starts hurting.
