These locks work! I needed to lock certain things away in closets. I needed locks with adjustable cables so there wasn't any slack that would have allowed the doors to still open. Figuring out how to do it took time which made me feel as though my things were safer. If I had to figure it out, so would a thief.

The lock is easy to use.  I would like to have been able to choose the color of then lock.  Not just get what they send you.

Very easy to use. Handy for locking up my backpack to my bike. I expected 4 of them because it did not ask you to choose a color. So note that despite what the ad looks like, you will only receive ONE at random color. I received a blue one. There are other locks with thicker cords for the price, that's why I expected more than one....

I could not set a new combination despite following the instructions multiple times.  I found the correct directions in a you tube video.

Directions are wrong.

I was expecting to receive 4 locks, one of each color.  Especially since order did not request me to select the color I wanted.

Item description misleading

I had expected it to retract after locking, but it doesn't. You have to pick the exact length you want before locking it.

disappointed

The cable release button and locking port are beyond messed up.  I tested this lock out when it came in the mail, and the cable head took forever to fit into the port, and the release button won't budge, so when I finally did get the head into the port, it won't release even when I use the combination I've set and the preset combination.

It  is only one lock and doesn't stay cinched when locked.
