I BOUGHT THIS PYTHON CABLE LOCK TO GO ALONG WITH 2 MORE I BOUGHT EARLIER DUE TO SOMEONE STEALING TWO OF MY TRAILCAMS EARLIER THIS YEAR. I READ GOOD REVIEWS ON THESE PYTHON CABLE LOCKS AND WOULD WORK WITH MOST TRAIL CAMS AS ESPECIALLY THE NEWER CAMERA'S.
MINE WE'RE TAKEN ON MY OWN PRIVATE LAND AND EVERYONE SHOULD TRY TO MAKE IT AT LEAST A LITTLE HARDER TO STEAL. I KNOW IT'S NOT FOOLPROOF, BUT DAMAGE TO THE CAMERA NO ONE WOULD BUY IT OR PAWN SHOPS WOULDN/T TAKE A DAMAGED PRODUCT. IT'S SIMPLE TO USE AND COMES IN DIFFERENT LENGHTHS FOR THEFT PREVENTION FOR ANY VALUABLE ITEMS THAT YOU MAY USE AND WANT TO KEEP AROUND THE HOUSE TOO.

This cables are perfect for securing trail cameras...HOWEVER whenever I was on www.Walmart.com I ordered the GSM Python Cable Lock, Camo....which is what was pictured and received them in black.......

Great cable for securing trail hinting cameras

Used this to secure my game camera. Easy to use with a good key mechanism. The only thing I would recommend would be to incorporate a bigger key.

Meets expectations did not get excellent only because the photo shows camo color and that is what I thought I was getting, but its got black in the description and that is what you get. Works great. Just wish they would not miss lead with wrong photo. But was not worth the trouble to exchange....needed cams put out.

great lock...easy to use

Fortunately, the lock came in a camo pattern rather than the black as ordered. The cable lock also came in the 6 foot length rather than the 5 foot length as ordered. So in essence, I got a better value than I originally ordered.

Great cable lock for the money.

Picture shows a camo cable but, text says it's a black cable. The cable that arrived was black. Still, alittle misleading IMO!

cable length is good, can secure camera to anything I use for mounting.

Python lock cable

As for the cable lock color the specifications the description says this: "The RealTree camo finish of the Camo Master Python Lock helps to keep the unit inconspicuous while the scratch-resistant finish is designed to keep the lock looking new even after multiple uses out in the woods." So if a person wants camo they will be disappointed. Otherwise the cable design and function is great.

I ordered these because I thought they were camo colored. When they came they were black even though the picture shows they are camo colored. I bought these to lock my trail cams up. Not happy at all
