[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am going to travel in summer break and needed a smart lock exactly like this.It was little complicated for me to follow the instructions enclosed so I searched on YouTube and found the right kind of instructions how to set it.Once you do it yourself it becomes piece of cake.Best thing is that travel people can recognize it from the symbol and can unlock it.This looks sturdy enough and would definitely protect the valuables during travel.

 The lock came well packaged and undamaged.
 It had very good instructions enclosed on how to reset the combination. The lock has a nice extended reach shackle that makes it very easy to use on a number of different cases.
 The lock itself feels nice and heavy. It's solid and I believe I'll get many years of good use out of it. For anyone who travels, it's TSA approved and can be opened by the TSA without damage to the lock.
 The combinations keys are easy to read and move to open the lock. The combination can be reset anytime you want.
 I would recommend this lock to anyone.

Strong easy to use lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome quality lock. I've always had the Master TSA locks for luggage. They never get stuck and doesn't stop working for years and years. I've even had hand-me-downs from a generation ago because Master is a trusted brand. The difference is these are for equipment. The shackles for my luggage are specifically for luggage and the shackles are much thinner than this. This one is great for lockboxes and equipment cases. It's even good for my toolbox. The diameter of the shackle is the same as those for gym lockers, with extended shackles for those cases with awkward lock closures. The lock on this is so sturdy and is actually quite hefty in weight. And the 4-combination piece is easy to set and use. I'm sure TSA would have no problem opening these. I would NOT use this for my usual luggage though. Even if I were to somehow have big enough zipper holes to string the shackles through, the extended length would make it easy for anyone to zip open my bag and slip a hand in. So, I'd only use these for cases, equipment, and stuff – things that are intended to be used with this lock. It's GREAT for every day use too, like my toolbox.

I've used it on other items besides luggage.  Another feature I like is that it's big enough for me to read the numbers!  Reasonably priced too!

Just bought this lock this morning. Followed the directions exactly; entered my new code, lock won't open.
So now? Just throw it in the trash? Can't reset it unless it is open.

Unable to open lock, first use

Bought this lock, opened lock and won't let me set up a combination and won't even lock back up. Waste of money.

I bought it a year ago, but now I accidentally set the password with one dial in between two numbers and I've never gotten it back ever since. And it's easy to pick the underneath lock.
