I purchased the 30" Smoker, the Wheel kit, and the cold smoke attachment.   All are good quality and work well.  A couple of minor notes.   The instructions are hard to read and the print very small.  also, the cold smoke attachment was designed to work without the wheel kit.  It does have a hook to hold it into the smokers chip port but I needed to create a support bracket to keep the side unit stable(otherwise it would rock back and forth).  It would be helpful if the smoker had a handle so that it can be pulled(when mounted on the wheel kit).  I am not at all disappointed with the purchase and look forward to many years of smoking.

I now have two 40 inch Master Built smokers for twice the amount of Kielbasa and Smoke sticks. The first one I bought about 3 years ago and have no problems with it. I bought another to double amount of products that I make. Use whatever natural wood you want (free range organic from local woods)  and not the pellets or pucks from who knows where.

I surprised my boyfriend with this for his birthday and it was everything and more. I read some negative reviews about the smoker not holding heat but that has not been my experience at all. It holds heat so well and cooks exactly as expected. Perfect for the beginner and love love love it!

What a great purchase. This electric smoker is easy to move around, easy to fill with wood chips and performs better than expectations.
Given the small footprint, it's still spacious enough for a 6 to 8 people and fool proof to operate.
I highly recommend this smoker.

More than what I expected

Has worked great so far and is pretty easy to use. I have smoked a few pork shoulders in it and got really good results. I cant wait to smoke something else! The cord to plug it in is a little short, which sucks. But other than that I love it. I have the attached cold smoker as well amd it attached so easily!

Smoke meat err day

I bought the 40" electric smoker specifically to smoke kielbasa amd other sausage.  After about 6 weeks, and 40 pounds of sausage, I'm more than satisfied with the results obtained for what I consider to be a bargain price unit!  I use a ThermoWoeks Smoke to monitor internal air temperature amd it is rarely more than a few degrees off the digital readout.  My only minor disappointment is not getting smoke below a smoker set point of 185F.

Kielbasa King!!

Overall the smoker is nice and would give it 5 stars but wish that it came with a handle to move easier, or at least a place to buy one and attach. The tray for the wood chips is much smaller than the one my husband had prior to this one (same size and from Masterbuilt) so he feels he's not getting as much smoke as he did with the old one.

30 inch smoker

I bought this because I needed an electric smoker wide enough to lay out a full-sized brisket.  This one checked that box.  I give it only four stars because I think the manufacturer could use a better quality thermostat during fabrication.  With 225 as my target, I found it can range in temp from 15 degrees on the low side to 35 degrees on the high side.  But my Thanksgiving turkey breasts still turned out nice and juicy, taking them out at an internal temp of 163 degrees. Overall, I think you will be happy with this purchase.

Good smoker, good buy.

Purchased this after doing a few smoking projects with my neighbor.  He has an older model and it works great.  This would be a great smoker if the dwsign was a little better for the heating element and the chip container, does not generate any smoke on low temps (225).  If you raise the temperature it produces great smoke, but then you really need a temperature probe in your meat.  Your actually cooking the meat not smoking it.  I have smoked items for more than 30 years with charcoal, propane, natural gas smokers. Wanted something that would smoke at lower more controlled temperatures with less cleanup than charcoal. I now hesitate to purchase the slow smoker attachment due to deficincies in the smoker and the leg kit. But for items that don't need low temperatures works well.

digital smoker MES 130

We have used this brand in the past and it worked well.  The reason we gave it a 1 star is that we ordered the product on June 5th, paid in full June 6th.  It is now July 21st and we still do not have our product.  We would like a full refund, customer service has still not confirmed when the product will ship.
