Tried the Chorizo just for a change and my taste buds were rewarded! Spicy with flavour!

Pleasantly surprised. Great snack cut in cubes to eat on a skewer with some cheese cubes, thinly sliced into a sandwich, diced into an omelet or rendered with garlic & onion as part of a delicious sauce for pasta, polenta or mashed potato.   It has some gristle but they ALL do. I will buy it again.

Love the taste & texture & firmess

Very good chorizo, tasty and fresh. The only thing I don't like is the price…

Tasty. Family young and ol enjoy this. It looks spicy but it is not.

When the Chorizo is good, it is good. But I can only give 3 stars as a few times, the chorizo did not last as it should or was slimy. Do better WalMart

Horrible! Ive eaten alot of chorizo in my time as I do enjoy the flavor. But this stuff is horrible tasting. Tough and full of fat and unedible chucks of foreign matter. My 2 dogs put there noses up to it. This cant be for safe human consumption!!
