[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a single working Mama with 2 jobs, I am always on the go and the easy to set up and use convenience of the Matchbox Jurassic World Harbor Escape Portable Playset was so wonderful! I especially loved how the playset came with a dinosaur figure and off-road vehicle. My lil' one was so excited to put his own little cars in the holding case and carry his own toys and it was easy for him to do with the karge grab/hold handle on top of the set and the lightweight, foldable case!! I love all the Jurassic Park movies and playing with the Matchbox Jurassic World Harbor Escape Portable Playset with its pier with ramps, crane, and habitat pen was fun for the entire family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Matchbox® Jurassic World Harbor Escape Portable Playset is a miniature car set with 2 dinosaurs, an SUV and a loading dock scene that transforms into a carrying case. 

Packaging & Setup:
The kids were pumped just knowing this new package was a surprise for them. Once we opened it they really liked it from it's packaging. It took about 2-3 minutes to get it out and set up for playing. 

Playing:
The first thing they gravitated towards was the button to make the t-rex head break through the floor boards. They mashed that button as if they were playing Track & Field on an old Nintendo. Once passed the t-rex button mashing, there were plenty of subtle gems to keep them entertained. They really enjoyed busting the triceratops out if its pen. They often used the tall red crane to move both the triceratops, SUV and anything else in sight. Then there is a side ramp leading cars across the platform to a broken bridge that is good for a cliff hanger. 

Transforming to & from Carrying Case:
Closing it up for both kids was a struggle. They weren't able to do it alone. After showing my 5 year old once, he was able to set it up and break it down properly. 

Overall:
They really enjoy this play set. It's inspired them to play with the set as it was intended and also putting their own spin on it. For example, bringing in monster trucks to jump the ramp and humanizing the dinosaurs as if they were commuting to work. It's a really good set that is easy to take on the road to Grandma's house. We have other carrying cases for their toy cars, but they're single purpose -- carry dozens of cars. The dual purpose of this playset provides great utility. The limited carrying capacity for toting only the essentials is a welcomed perk for parents.

I love how it's has so many great features to engage his imagination and he loves that he can bring it with him places because everything folds up inside and is easily carried.

Awesome for on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our son enjoys taking this to school and other places, so the portability is really a plus. He likes the dinosaur that comes out and "chomps." We found it a bit tricky to close up the various pieces and lock up the toy.

Fun, portable toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy is very easy to set up, with fold-down legs to support the back end and snap enclosures to keep everything neatly shut inside. I did notice that one of the legs tends to collapse when you press the button to pop the dinosaur from the dock. My favorite part of the toy is the Jurrasic World truck, which is made of real metal and very durable. I was a bit disappointed that the crane's claw didn't properly open and shut, instead it's one solid plastic piece that doesn't flex well, but enough to fit around the dinosaur that comes with the set. Overall, not a bad toy, and certainly something you could bring on a trip or to grandma's house without sacrificing a bunch of space.

Great for travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great toy for on the go and my kids loved it. The only complaint is that the plastic used to make the track is verycheap and broke very easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son received this set and loved it. It is quite small but folds up and has a handle so it can be carried easily. It is one of his favorite sets so definitely worth the price!

Cute set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves to take his dinosaur box everywhere, that is how he call it. Because is very easy to put together and take it with him. Although when you open the box and want to stay still it doesn't because it doesn't have good support and for kids can be very frustrated when they are playing, especially when they push the button for the dinosaur to come out. Other than that My son likes it he loves the truck and the little dinosaur that comes with it.

Super easy to carry to places

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free to review.  My children were excited when it was delivered (they loved Jurassic World).  They were also excited when they started playing with it.  Sadly after about 10 minutes they lost interest and haven't touched it during the following 6 days.  I like that it closes back up.  The concept is interesting, but I just wish there was more for them to do.

Fun Initially, but kids soon lost interest.
